The blend lists its parts from most to least by weight but hides each amount, which US rules allow (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)). An even split is about 9 mg per line. The Supplement Facts order puts gymnema 8th, so it holds at most 25 mg, while studies of gymnema extract used 200 to 400 mg (Drugs.com, Gymnema monograph).
