Raspberry Ketones: How Strong Is the Evidence?

No evidence shows that raspberry ketone supplements are safe or effective for weight loss (OPSS (DoD), Raspberry Ketone). Sugar Defender's sales page does not make this claim for raspberry ketones by name, but it leans on "natural weight loss" language elsewhere.
